- touchscreens don’t respond to anything the fingers on my left hand do – seems to be bc of the callouses from playing guitar
- touchscreens respond well to cat paws
- coffee without sugar tastes like… batteries
- coke zero tastes like batteries
- leaving anything out by the garbage – clothes, tv, radio, etc does not disappear as quickly as it did in NYC
- “Hey! Look at this guy!” is not taken as a greeting in PDX when someone is walking towards me…
- black and white thinking can be dangerous
- silence is a tool as much as it is a weapon
- some drivers turn the wheel in the direction they turn their head, reaching for something in the passenger seat means they change lanes unintentionally and sometimes… change lanes into me…on my scooter. This is getting old. Texting and driving seems to also bring about this result.
- finding boar bacon is not an easy task
- sometimes the thoughts in my head don’t interest me…and probably no one else
- I can tell the difference between coke and pepsi but I can’t tell the difference between frozen pizza and pizza hut
