This is from sophomore year in college and there’s several things I love about it:
1: The posters on the walls
2: Most of these girls are still my friends and we met in 1994.
3: In 9 days I’ll be renting a car and driving upstate to see them.
4: We are such a motley crew that you’d never think we would be friends.
5: We’re all so crazily loyal to each other and would always make sure we were all together leaving parties, bars, etc.
I saw one of them and her husband yesterday and we ate and walked around Soho – Thurs another one is flying into NYC from NC.
Going upstate equals the following: very lazy days, chatter and more chatter, slumber parties, hanging out with kids, dogs, cats, and sometimes listening Karma Chameleon, Back to the Earth, and Son of a Preacher Man.
